Products should be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

Keep the original packaging, tags and accessories that arrived with your order.

RETURNS / REBND
HOW IT WORKS.
START WITH US.
Before sending a product back, contact REBND through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return.
KEEP IT UNUSED.
Products returned because of a change of mind should not have been used, played with, damaged or altered.
KEEP THE PACKAGING.
Where applicable, the product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, covers and accessories.
WE CHECK IT.
Once received, the returned product will be inspected before a refund, exchange or other resolution is processed.
WE SORT IT.
If the return is approved, we'll confirm the next step with you by email.
IMPORTANT / RACKETS
ONCE IT HITS THE COURT.
A racket that has been used on court may show marks, scratches, impact wear or other signs of use.
For this reason, a used racket generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
If you believe your racket has a manufacturing fault or arrived damaged, contact us instead so we can assess it properly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your product arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, tell us as soon as possible.

Rackets that have been played with where there is no defect.
Products missing important parts, accessories or original packaging where relevant.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, accidents or ordinary wear and tear.
